Knot Your Problem was born out of a love for the 'impossible' knots and the satisfying click of a straightened chain. We take the tangle out of your morning routine so you can get back to looking your best, knot-free.If you have a necklace, or two, or three, or a whole nest of jewelry sitting in your room unwearable because of the tangled mess it has become, then look no further for the solution! We specialize in getting through those aggravating knots and return them to you good as new.
How to save your jewelry:
Regrettably, we are a young company and don't yet have the funds to provide the full services of free shipping yet. But that won't stop us from helping you! Just follow these simple steps:Step 1: Send out the signal!
Start by filling out the order form linked on the website. Choose the tier that best applies to the situation your jewelry has gotten itself in and make sure to agree to the waiver form. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a welcome email with a digital kit of all the instructions you'll need!Step 2: Prep It!
Place the misbehaving jewelry in a small ziplock bag or similar. If possible, drape the clasp on the outside of the bag and tape it so it doesn't get tangled further in transit. If you're sending multiple separate items, use separate ziplock bags to avoid a mega-knot!Step 3: Pack it!
Use a padded envelope for shipping. You can usually find these inexpensive beauties at any drug store or grocery store. Never use a standard envelope! Your items could get crushed in the shipping process!Step 4: Ship it!
We recommend USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Both include tracking so we can watch your jewelry's journey.
Insurance: For high-value items (gold, diamonds, family heirlooms), we strongly recommend adding extra insurance at the counter.
